Order
It depends on where you are. We generally do same-day processing of orders, before 3pm. Most orders to main locations will take 2 - 3 days. For outlying areas, it make take 4 or 5 days. All orders are sent via courier and can be tracked. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
No, we do not ship internationally. We support South African customers, and ship to anywhere in South Africa, via courier.
Mondays - Fridays. Orders are processed from 08h00 - 15h00 on weekdays. Orders placed and paid for before 15h00 will be dispatched the same day.
Our Overnight Delivery applies to all main centres. Deliveries to outlying areas will take a few days longer.
Weekends and after hours. If your order is placed AFTER 15h00 on a weekday, or over the weekend, it will be processed and dispatched the next business day. Orders received after our courier collection on Thursdays will be dispatched on the following Friday, for delivery the following Monday. Couriers generally do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Yes, we will send a tracking number to you as soon as your order has been shipped. You will receive this via email. You will also receive it via SMS if you select the SMS option.
Delivery
Yes, we offer free courier delivery for all orders over R745, and is shipped via the Standard Courier Delivery option, free of charge.
We aim for the complete anonymity for our clients, emphasised by these nifty measures:
Parcels: Are packaged in plain, unprinted cardboard boxes within regular courier packaging. For your privacy, we have taken complete precautions to ensure that nothing mentions our company name, nor shows any branding. Our boxes are plain, discreet, and then completely sealed in standard courier bags. Again, there is no branding or company name on the delivery or paperwork.
Waybills: Are deliberately discreet - we use different company names as the sender, so as to protect anonymity.
Credit Card Statements: The Payor’s bank account does not mention LubeShop at all. Instead, it reflects a different company name to keep your transactions private and confidential.
Summary: No one who signs the Delivery Note will find any clue from us as to what's inside your order.
Absolutely. Our orders are entirely discreet, and shipped in double-packaging for extra privacy and discretion. We do not have any branding nor LubeShop on our parcels, packaging slips or details. We look after customer discretion.

Payment
We accept Mastercard, Visa and EFT/Bank Transfer.
Yes, we place priority on your security, and yours. We use offsite payment gateways, meaning your that banking details are not seen or stored on our servers, nor website. Payment is made directly between you and the payment gateway.
How to check: You can check this during the payment when you are ready to pay. The credit card details are not entered on our website. They are entered directly with the bank's payment processor.
